Born in Lincolnshire, England.

Raised in rural Scotland and schooled in highland Perthshire, I have always held a passion for design. From music composition to lighting and set design, the realm of creativity has always held me exceptionally tightly.

Now in my third year studying architecture at The University of Edinburgh, I feel I have gained a substantial knowledge of the urban fabric we live in and how to create a successful design proposal and exhibit it in a clear and succinct way. The occupation of an architect shouldn’t simply just be about designing good architecture but rather to comment on and to help change aspects of society that we believe should be altered. Architecture is my ambition.

When not studying (!) you would find me singing in the Edinburgh University Chamber Choir, mixing live bands as a sound engineer or stage managing theatre productions.  I am also a keen photographer and cyclist.
